Rumble Boxing Rocklin is a premier fitness studio located in Rocklin, California. We offer high-energy boxing-inspired group fitness classes that provide a full-body workout and a fun, empowering experience for our members.
We are currently seeking a Membership Sales Representative to join our team and help us grow our membership base.
In this role, you will be responsible for :
- Generating new leads and converting them into memberships through effective sales strategies and techniques;
- Building relationships with potential members and providing them with information about our classes and membership options;
- Conducting tours of the studio and demonstrating the benefits of our classes;
- Assisting with member onboarding and registration;
- Maintaining a positive and friendly atmosphere for all members;
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in the fitness industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet sales targets
- Knowledge and passion for fitness
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
